When on phone calls, the voice coming in is clear, but outgoing sound quality is not good. People I'm talking to say it sounds like a wave is going by and it is difficult to understand me.

Got a case and bought a tile so I can locate them when I put them down on a counter.Really confused why this feature isn’t available on it already.. also, switching between devices is a little bit of a pain.

Love my over your Bose noise canceling so trying these. So far pretty disappointed in the fit and function of these. I’ve gone through all the different tips, and nothing seems to fit snug. The tips for inner ear need to be longer away from the body of the bud. Sound quality is good but doesn’t cancel as much as I would like. But the worst part about this is when the buds keep start getting loose And you go to adjust them, you wind up stopping changing the station changing the mood fast forwarding. They are just way too sensitive.

I'd also recommend that if you do need to adjust the earbuds, touch the sides of the earbuds and not the outside surface.
