Everyone I talk to can hear everything around me except me.

Noises tremble

Thanks for your feedback! I'm thrilled you find the QC Earbuds II comfortable but understand your frustration with the audio dropping in and out especially in bumpy conditions. Intermittent audio is no fun, especially on the road and shouldn't be happening as you described.

The case hinge is thin plastic that will break with a simple fall. They are great but I recommend you get accidental damage coverage.

It has two modes Quiet mode and Aware. I love the sleek case it comes in and the design itself is economic. You can tap on the touch sensitive inputs to pause/play your videos. And probably more features that i must discover. The sound quality itself is very good. In allowing me to view my content and listen to music. With the clear quality audio.
