When they connect they are amazing. Notice i said "when" they disconnect constantly and you have to use boses app to connect them so if you dont have internet and they wont connect your SOL. Bose will have you troubleshoot over and over ive yet to find a solution to get them to connect continuously. for reference i have a s23 ultra. when they work sound amazing stay in my ears pretty good sound quality is great, but if you dont have the patiences of a Buddhist steer clear once every few days it takes 20+ mins to just get them to simply connect. highly regret this purchase. Whats the point of great sounding ear buds when they dont connect!

No doubt noise cancelation is amazing. You cannot hear anything from the outside.

The sound floor is so high on these Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds II, all I can hear is a constant SHHHHHHHHH. No matter if ANC is on or off the distracting hiss sounds like a constant rain shower outside my window all the time. I returned the first pair after running troubleshooting steps with Bose customer service. The second pair was the same SHHHHHHH. I contacted Bose again and spoke to tech support who said that's what they do and these simply aren't the earbuds for me. While disappointed the ANC couldn't be turned off like the Galaxy buds2 Pro can, which would have made them bearable. I appreciated the reps honesty in saying they aren't for me. The fit is great, nice and secure with a better seal then the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and Soundcore Liberty 4. The sound quality was hard to fully determine because no matter the volume level, I could still hear the constant hiss in the background of all types of music. Really noticeable when there was a pause or quiet spot in a song, the hiss was always there. I found similar complaints about this on BestBuy, Redit and Amazon. Too bad Bose can't get better quality parts or engineering. Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro have a VERY low noise floor and the Soundcore Liberty 4 are much lower than the Bose, but not as low as the Samsung. I even have the older Jaybird Vista, which are completely silent. So I'm not sure what Bose problem is, maybe they're next version will address this.
