Bose knocked it out the park with these. The noise canceling function is top notch! I've tried many different brands and styles and can honestly say these are my favorite and very comfortable!

Posted .I'm glad you're enjoying the Bose sound! The audio format during a call will not be "A2DP" (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), instead it will be HFP/HSP (Hands-Free Profile/Headset Profile). Posted .Hello, It's really great to hear you feel the sound quality is good on these. The QC earbuds II have bluetooth 5.3 and a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres), so it is usual to hear that these are disconnecting. You can find guidance here
