    Music is awesome but calls are muffled. Even in quiet mode the calls are muffled. Also it creates ear popping in flights.

    Although the noise canceling is phenomenal. The case sucks getting the buds in and out is a pain in the axs, and the lid on the case flops open all the time.

    Its real nice but i get complaints that i sound muffle im not sure why but i do like the comfort of them ibwas hopping both ear buds had a mic

    Bought these for my 15 yr old son, however we traded them in for the noise cancelling version and the better inner ear fit. He is a runner and this version was not staying put in the ear

    I love them! There loud I think there better than AirPods! Totally recommend them. The only thing I don’t like is that when I’m getting a call it won’t connect for some reason.

      If you are noticing your earbuds aren't fitting comfortably or that they are falling out, I would suggest you mix and match ear tips and stability bands so you get the best fit for your ears.
