It took him only a few minutes. I appreciate everything Best Buy don for me. I just bought the over the ears headphones forl TV music in the house. And my brother loves them they were a gift.

I got the memory foam tips, which creates the perfect seal for my ears. The app is easy to use and besides listening to music I hooked them up to my tv and was really immersed in Assassins Creed Valhalla!

Listening to media is nice and loud, but talking on the phone it sounds low and people confirm it to be that way when I ask them. I'm almost to the point of returning them of they don't update these.

For optimal mic performance on calls, ensure your earbuds are angled with the Bose logo pointing at your mouth/chin. Also make sure that any headgear you're wearing isn't blocking the mic holes. You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable, stable experience. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band).
