    Love how much smaller they are. Sound and noise canceling are on point. I love how you can adjust the EQ.

    Having never owned Bose anything was interested in trying some earbuds. I think they are good sounding, but mine lasted less than a month and they were cracking off and on. I returned them for Sony’s

      Hi Mario, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your QuietComfort Earbuds II, though you are enjoying their noise cancelling! If you're finding them too heavy to wear, make sure you're using an eartip and stability band combination that fits your ears well, as this is crucial for a secure, yet comfortable fit. If you're disappointed by the sound you're getting, don't forget the Equalizer in the Bose app can be used to adjust the basses, mids and trebles to your liking, so do give that a go.     Can't hear a thing with these on and they last all through my work shift which is between 8-12 hr shifts. I love it !

    I didn't really like these they kept disconnecting a lot had to connect manually sound was great other than great design fitted well.

    These earbuds live up to their price point! They were really easy to use right from the box. Just scan the QRC with your phone, and app downloads. Walks you through features and that's it! The noise cancelling it TREMENDUS! Plus you can set how much noise cancelling you want. Expensive but worth it, especially if you work in an office with others, walk outside for excursive or need to clearly hear what's being said. Great for online or any remote classes.

    Sound quality is good fit is good but will constantly disconnect from blue tooth and not reconnect even when trying to reconnect manually through the app or the phone

    I Love the sound of the music on these earbuds. The noise canceling option works so well. It helps my workouts to be more enjoyable.

    Recently i brought these and it always disconnects with each pther with . And i had to reach out to the customer care and they replaced which worked perfectly fine. Instead of buying from best buy directly buy from product store. Or never buy these . I highly dont recommend these . I saw youtube and there are lot of people who has connectivity issue with one of the buds. They had to do reset and sometimes it wont happens. I regret buying these and wasting my time talking to bose and get the new ones with more than 10 days of processing time . Go with apple in apple store easy to exchange or return

    Wind noise and popping sounds.

    The sound quality at times is great. A few times I have had crackling and popping noises. I tried using these while on a motorcycle and they will fit under a helmet. The only issue is that the noise cancelling does not work with the wind noise. The noise cancelling is either slow to react, or over reacting and creates a loud popping noise. Its pretty distracting. No matter what level of noise cancelling you out it at, the popping persists. Will be returning. Complaints have been consistent for the last year plus since these came out, but apparently Bose refuses to offer a solution/fix.

    Bought this for doing workouts since my b&o keep on falling. Everything fits perfectly and it does seal the sound so accurately I barely hear anything.
