    I love the sound and feel of these! But everytime i want to pair them its a hassle, other brands do it automatically when you open them and put them in.

    Significantly higher quality experience than AirPods Pro. After having look for an AirPod replacement after my second pair began failing after 11 months of use (about the same as my first pair and both had struggled with intermittent muddy mic quality), I picked these up and the difference is stunning. Even the noise cancel is better.

    This product was defective I had to call customer service to have them help me with updating it and the sound cancellation didn’t work so I returned the product for the cost it should have been working perfectly.

    I had connection Issues, Volume suddenly changing on one of the earbuds. You can't Listen to left earbud by itself.

      Firmware version 1.3.26 added the capability of independent single bud use. You can update the firmware by installing and setting up the Bose Music app: https://bose.life/3PUVrHY

    Poor sound, not loud, for me huge disappointment. Battery lasts long an noise canceling is on par for sure. Skull ear buds sound better an they are what ? 19.99. Bose these are terrible and for the price point you should kinda feel bad for selling these that high. Thats a review
