    Quick Bluetooth connectivity to an iPhone 13 Pro sucks. A little over engineered as they try to balance the noise cancellation and environmental noise changes. Wouldn’t buy again.

    These Bose earbuds are great when they work. The Apple Bluetooth connection is horrible. I have to reset the product every time I have to connect them to my iPhone.

    Sound quality is good and they are comfortable in ear, after about two weeks i had pairing issues with the left earbud

    Great sound quality. I absolutely hate touch controls. Every time I adjust the position of the earbud, I end up starting/stopping music or hanging up on someone. There should be an option to disable touch controls in the Bose app. Just like I can do with my old Google Pixel earbuds. I've also had problems connecting the earbuds to my phone. Sometimes I remove them from the case and they won't connect. Put them back into the case, close it, and try again. Then it'll connect.

The touch surface is located on the outer surface of both earbuds, if you need to adjust your earbuds, you may not have the correct stability band and ear tip combo, check out our guide here: http://bit.ly/3EPCNez

    These started acting weird, not wanting to connect to ny phone, disconnecting randomly and the sound quality started being horrible and crackly. I don't even have a year with them, 6 months in and they started acting up.

    They are fabulous headphones as far as the wireless functions go, they sure can upgrade the volume to mask some of the noise that seeps in. My wireless beats are much louder.

      I am glad to hear that you are happy with these earbuds but sorry you are having issues with the volume in certain situation.
      Please make sure to use the Quiet Mode if you need to enable to the Noise Cancellation, but also note that this mode will help blocking out some noises, but will not cancel every sounds around you.

    Sounds great, but you’re not able to use just one airpod at a time because it keeps shutting off, especially when is the last one. And also when you’re on the call the other person can’t hear you.

      We're happy to hear that you've been enjoying the audio of your headset. While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available in mid to late January 2023.
