Do yourself a favour and upgrade from your earpods and experience true sound quality. Use the app and it will tell you if you have a good seal, then enjoy.

They kept falling out and would not stay in, i would have kept them if it wasnt for them not being a good fit for my small ears.

It's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QuietComfort Earbuds II but I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with them falling out. This would suggest that you're wearing the wrong tips. We have a few different sizes of tip included in the box, and a sizing guide in-app which can be used to find the right size. If you come to the conclusion non of the tips fit, we also offer a alternate sizing kit.

They seem to fall out frequently so I have to keep adjusting & at the very least, be aware of where I’m using them

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound good base and mid range … love the noise canceling ability … I drive 18 wheelers and with the quiet mode I don’t hear anything … with the aware adaptive I can still hear everything I need and the louder noises are the softer they get in my ears as it auto adjusts. Just make sure you update the firmware
