    I enjoy these headphone WHEN THEY CONNECT!! Overall I don’t enjoy the haggle it takes just to connect them but when they do work they are very great. The touch sensor is very sensitive so while adjusting they do skip your music or turn it off. I dong also like that you have to connect them through the bose app and then it’ll work with your regular Bluetooth settings. Would I repurchase them NO. But nice color and great when they do connect.

      I'm happy to hear you like the color of your QuietComfort Earbuds II! However, I'm sorry to hear of the connection and touch function issues. Connection issues can be resolved by rebooting your smartphone, or testing another mobile device. We do recommend using the app for configuring your earbuds' settings, but you can forgo the app if you prefer.     They actually don’t work good with iPhone for some reason take long time to connect and the sound it’s bad during phone calls

    This is a great replacement. We went with Bose this time as the cheaper models don't last.

    These work exactly as I hoped they would. I had no problems connecting them to my I-Pod.

    Terrible design on the case/buds

    Case doesn't connect consistenly with the buds. - They don't easily power up - often I have to wiggle the buds in the case when I open it to get them to wake up. - Very frustrating for such an expensive set of earbuds. - I'd rather get my money back than deal with Bose customer support. Sad thing is the sound quality is awesome when they work. - Bad thing is getting them to work takes 1-2 minutes. - And the case is slippery as hell so it's no fun to try get them out anyways.

      It's great you love the sound quality of the earbuds. It's strange you're having trouble getting them to wake up. Please check the stability bands are fitted correctly on the earbuds as per the guide here https://bose.life/43sReiT on our website.     Fantastic pair of headphones. I have tried virtually every high end wireless air buds and can confidently say that these are my all-around favorite. The noise canceling is almost too good. When walking around it almost is disorienting. Make sure not to have noise canceling on when only wearing one earbud.
