    Surprisingly these are better sounding than my latest QC earbuds. I never thought total in ear buds were a never thing happening. Boy, did these change my mind. A DEFINITE MUST HAVE!

    Didn't work, got replacement that also didn't work

    Bought these headphones and they worked for approximately 15 mins (amazing in those 15 mins) and stopped working once home. Got a replacement in store which also did not work. Geek squad attempted to troubleshoot, no luck. Great return policy though, I got a full refund.

    Its just the best earlod i have ver got. There in nothing ekse to compare. My favorites cuz they fit inn mu ear perfectly smooth.

      Sorry to hear that you're having concerns with the fit of your earbuds, You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable experience. It’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched . If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

    These are absolutely garbage. Just over a year of owning them and neither microphone works. Rediculous for the price I paid. Also, it is always a fight to get them to connect to my iPhone.

    I only roll with Bose what can I say. I have been using Bose products fir as far as I can remember. Incredible sound and very reliable. These just continue that tradition.

      Thanks for your feedback! When you say they're echoing, do you mean there's a delay between each bud? That shouldn't happen but if you do experience a problem like that, I'd encourage you to unpair the buds then establish a new connection.     They were expensive and not good if you use it for music its nice and clear but one you ise it to talk they could not hear me they said i sound far way samething when i talk people said i sound far away waist of my money

    These buds sound incredible best bass ive heard on an earbud and the noise cancelling is second to none. However, the connectivity is atrocious. I bought this to replace my Sony XM4's and these you have to keep connecting and reconnecting its so frustrating.

Sometimes nearby interference can lead to intermittent connectivity which can be caused when being too near a router or other wireless devices.     The absolute BEST. Have used 4 other brands including ISO Tunes. These are really amazing. True noise cancellation even on heavy equipment. Nothing else comes close.

    I bought these earbuds thinking they would be perfect for the gym but they fall off often. I tried switching the different tips and still not good. Afger having them for 2 months they started making a static noise. Sounds quality is great but i would not recommend

      I have great news for you! We listened and made using the left earbud for music and phone calls possible in our newest firmware update. Make sure you connect the earbuds to the Bose Music app to get the latest firmware version 1.3.26 and enjoy fully independent earbud usage.

    I have verion 1, these kill those!!!! Best part is they dont hurt your ears at all, and the bass hits so hard on hip hop I have the volume 1/2 way down. Low clean bass....

    All the bells & whistles that you won’t be able to

    Left earbud turns off by itself when walking or running for longer than 10min. Can’t turn back on without the case. After 1 week earbuds will not connect to mobile device. When connected still does not play music. Returned product immediately, 0 stars.
