One seems to slip out of my ear a bit. Sony is supposed to have much better noise canceling, but I noticed nothing better over Bose and Bose has better sound in my opinion.

Best sounding NC earbuds and I sampled all in this class, including Apple. I own the QC I version and these are even better - clearer midrange and punchier bass.

Although I personally did not enjoy them due to it hurting my inner ear. the design and sound is amazing. Sucks I couldnt enjoy them more.

I wanted buds again, but noise canceling was a must if at all possible. Based in internet reviews, i had low expectations to find good noise canceling earbuds, but always liked Bose. I was very hesitant to drop $300 on earbuds, but wasnt going to fly without music. I can say they are well worth every penny! Not only is the music clarity amazing, they completely shutout about 95% of all other noise without having to blast the volume. Bose never ceases to impress!

Big improvement in the size of the buds and case compared to the original QuietComfort Earbuds. I have these and the Airpods Pro 2. Both are excellent, but I give the Bose an edge on noise canceling, especially on low sounds such as an airplane engine. The only thing I don't like is you can only use the right bud by itself. The left will disconnect when the right is put in the case.

It's wonderful to see that you love your earbuds, and the improvements we've made to them over the first generation. Check out the latest firmware update for the earbuds, as this adds independent single bud usage. Connect the earbuds to the Bose Music app and make sure you update the earbuds to version 1.3.26 and enjoy using either the left or right earbud and of course both at the same time for music and phone calls.
