I would have expected more from these Bose-QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones in Triple Black but maybe this’ll correct itself shortly I’m not sue. They just cut off one Earbud at a time. I take them out my ear and put them back in the charging case so that they’re both back on. I’ve had them for about 30 days so I can only tell you what I have experienced with them so far. Never had this problem with the previous Bose earbuds. I also have the 700 noise canceling headphones so I’m aware of how they work.

Excellent sound quality. These earbuds fit comfortably in the ear for long periods of time.

The sound quality and noise cancelling on these earbuds is outstanding. Still trying to get a perfect fit in my ears, so I'm not fearful of one popping-out while out hiking. I use these extensively screening music for my internet radio station, BumbleBee Radio and am very pleased with them overall.

I upgraded from the first gen Airpods to these Bose earbuds. The Bose has fuller sound and great bass, the included eartips help with a proper seal. Bose has great noise cancellation which I will no doubt love when I fly. I love listening to my music loud and Bose definitely delivered. I haven't even heard max volume. The active listening mode was very nice but felt a little less natural than the airpods pro I've borrowed from a friend. The case has a great weight and finish that shows quality. Some have complained that the case feels too plastic, however I disagre because the weight added a premium feel. The ear buds feel nice and have touch controls that are useful, although I admit I haven't fully figured them out. I would rate these 9/10. My only concern is how the case will hold up after awhile. I'm hoping the finish won't degrade as quickly as my airpods. Safe to say I made a huge upgrade.

i just bought it today as a christmas present and i feel the sound is very lively. The bass is deep and I wear it all night with no earache. Bose has made great headphones

These are excellent! I take a lot of calls, listen to a LOT of musuc, and I enjoy walking around to do both. These have been a great replacement for my previous headphones! The quiet mode is so good, it is honestly a bit scary - you'll hear nothing but your music! If you're like me and LIVE with headphones on - these have proven to be worth the money for sure.

Great sounding earbuds. -Noise counseling is the best out in the market- But it will not connect with different Bluetooth devices at once. (I like the Jabra Bluetooth connection th best)

I've tried everything about there that is available for headphones not just in the air and this tops at ALL .simply go by the statement if. You're looking for a good,no an excellent pair of earbuds/headphones and you'll need no looking further.

Worth every penny! Was at first skeptical of the new design with the ear fittings… that is no longer the case. Due to my direct experience, I am now extremely impressed and 100% satisfied. Well, more like 92.62%. Not able to wireless charge!! Grrrrr…

Love them but hard to adjust in the ear as it’s a little bulky and falls out once in a while especially if moving like running. Sound is great and silence mode is amazing.

If you want a really great fit that doesn’t require an tight seal inside your ear canal then look no further. These sound as good or better than any of the earbuds I’ve tried. Secure, comfortable fit, awesome noise cancellation, and incredible sound.

BOSE has been my fav speakers and buds. Sound quality, no competition. They are the best. But other than that, is another thing. And this one is my least fav. One major thing is that I can only use 1 side bud, u literaly have to use both to make it work. Its weird, and unbelieveable. Dunno why they decided to hv both work eventhough some peep,like me, like to use only 1 bud while working or driving (coz its not safe driving and hv both buds in your ears). The mic is super sensitive picking up any noise. I drove while calling, and the person on the other line told me that they thought I was vaccuming my carpet. Turned out it was my car AC blowing to my face. Yup, that sensitive. The AC air blow sounded like a motor running from vaccum cleaner. Too sensitive. Tapping area also very sensitive. When you move your head and your hair accidently touches the bud then the movies, music that you are watching will stop. Coz one tap on the bud will pause music/movies you are watching. So u CANT move your head while listening music or watching video. Coz even a soft touch by your hairline will stop it. So annoying!! And lastly the casing. It is pretty light and feel not sturdy….feels cheap. And the casing closure feels that it does not close well. It doesnt have a ledge that prevent dust going in your buds when u close the case. Totally dont feel safe there. Overall, I think this one is a bust. BOSE must step up in quality and safety in creating earbuds that we put inside our ear, especially in that price level.

I have tried every single similar product in the market. Nothing comes close to my Bose. As soon as you use them, the annoying noise surrounding you disappears. The best noise cancellation technology plus excellent quality of music. I can’t live without my Bose. It is my Best Buy Ever!!!

I am on my 7th or 8th pair I have lost count. I keep pursuing these because they have the best sound stage of any earbud I've ever listened to. Still can't beat cans like the Sony WH 1000xm5. These have a lot of hardware software issues. The first pair would not connect to anything whatsoever. Other pairs would not charge. One pair would not update through the application (Bose music app) one pair after making a phone call and they have by the way the worst call quality of any earbud I've ever tried they would not connect back to the phone without unpairing and repairing the headphone. I'm on I believe my 8th pair and they're working splendidly. I may have finally got it right. It has been worth the effort because they absolutely have a very very engaging sounds stage. Noise canceling is second to none.
