nice sound,keeps outside noises very good, also comfortable to wear

Hubby and I got 2 pairs!! We love the sound ,amazing noises canceling. We have problems connecting them . Mine is the right and the Hubby is the left . I find the fit is lose.

These have very clear sound. The first time that I used them I thought that there was something wrong with them because they truly do cancel outside noise, and I could not hear any outside noise. I have had many earbuds that claim to cancel outside noise. But these are the first ones that I have had that actually do cancel outside noise.

So far like these buds very much. Sound is really great. Would have given it 5 stars but had to return the first set as they would not connect with the app.

Returned: Sound quality was great the primary issue for me was the lack of a secure fit after going through all 3 size ear tips and stability bands I still had issues with the earbuds falling out while being active personally I believe that the stability bands are too soft or could use an xl size which I compare to my Sony openbuds which have a noticeably larger and firmer ear stabilizer which I don't have issues with falling out I would definitely purchase again if it wasn't for the fit issue I did also have an issue with the app and my earbuds turning off when I removed an earbud even though I had disabled the auto on/off feature

Noise cancelling is amazing and fit my ears great.

Got these earbuds this evening for work, and returned them within an hour and a half. The new tips don’t really work that well for me compared to the first generation QuietComfort Earbuds, and I still have and love the Bose 700 over-ear headphones. Returned these in exchange for the new AirPod Pro 2nd generation, and those have a better fit for me than these did, plus I’ll have the iOS integration that I haven’t experienced yet. I do enjoy Bose products, and bought these because of the supposed improvements, but overall was disappointed. Also, these will not wirelessly charge like the first generation QC earbuds case or AirPods do.

Great sounding headphones but if using for activity the previous model was a better fit. I will be exchanging them. I tried all combinations but they keep falling out when working out.

Ear bud sound quality and noise canceling ability are very good. The case leaves a little to be desired. The hinge is very weak and breaks very easily. Would recomend but be very careful with the case.

My galaxy buds pro 2 are way louder and clearity is better then these overpriced bose headphones wouldnt spend 1 dollar more then 189$

[Employee of bestbuy] The earbuds are pretty nice and have awesome noise canceling and pretty top notch aware mode so you could hear your surroundings. It even has a mode where it can automatically block loud noise while have them on aware mode, which feels weird at first but you get used to it. The bud fit pretty well on my ears and have different sizes that let you adjust them to your ears. I have a pair of airpods pros and i do think the case and earbuds are just a tad bit more premium than the bose ones. The transparency mode is a little more natural on the airpods pro and you can also use either earbud rather than just the right one on the bose. They said they will release update to fix this. All in all solids earbuds!

I unboxed these and thought after previewing a song that there was no way it would cancel the noise of my John Deere 1025 Deisel while mowing. Well, I was dead wrong. Doesn’t cancel all of it but I can sing along to the music now. I’ve never been able to do that before with other earbuds. Highly impressive.
