This product holds up Bose’s excellent quality. I gave it a 4 because of the comfort. It needs extra padding to make it more comfortable.

It’s not charging after 6 months. But while using the quality was amazing. I have the guarantee and will exchange for a new one . Good costumer service

Some of the best buds ive used sound great only problem is call quality regarding the mics people on the other side say there's either adult of background noise or they could barely hear me

The noise canceling is absolutely top class and spund of the bose QC earbuds 2 are one of the better options without going higher end brands like master & dynamic or bang and olufsen. I was dissappinted with the newest firmware update of the earbuds that allowed single earbud use.... After repairing the earbuds to your phone anytime you want to use a single earbud. Great for someone who isnt concerned about having an app to tweak sound settings, but there are better options in the higher end space, and better value pairs in the lower end space.

The sound quality on these are greats only issues I had were that the earbuds wouldn’t connect independently of each other I often had to put both and then remove one. After less than a week I had issues pairing all together I went through the troubleshooting steps but it wasn’t working. I returned them after trying for 2 days to pair

Best ANC earbuds I have ever owned. Sound quality is also very good with solid and tight bass. I wise it would have wireless charging and multipoint connection. To me, ANC is the most important and it delivers. I really like the aware mode that will automatically lower the volume of the ambience sound.

I absolutely loved my Bose Earbuds but unfortunately someone stole them from my back pack while at work just a few days ago but I’m going to purchase the same kind in a few weeks when I can. They’re a bit pricey but well worth it.

Besides Some connectivity issues here and there. There is no going back to any other headphones of any kind. Amazing noise cancelling and sound. Highly recommend

Good bass for something so small and so clear of sound amazing

I recently got my hands on the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, and I wanted to share my thoughts based on my experience. -The sound quality is impressive; it delivers clear, balanced audio with strong bass and crisp highs. The noise-canceling feature enhances the listening experience, making it great for immersive music sessions. - I found them incredibly comfortable, and they stayed securely in my ears during workouts and daily use, thanks to the multiple ear tip options. -The noise cancellation works well, making them ideal for blocking out distractions while commuting or working in noisy environments like when I'm doing some DIY projects at home - The battery life is decent, offering several hours on a single charge - Bluetooth connectivity has been solid, with no major issues. -Call quality is impressive, and the dual microphones deliver clear voice transmission. -While I’ve had no issues, it’s worth keeping an eye on durability based on individual usage. Great sounding but so hard (too many steps) to connect to devices. Two apps and one is not worth the headache

These earbuds have amazing sound quality. I was caught totally off guard when I listened to my 1st tune. Bluetooth pairs quickly & reliably. My primary use for these is hearing protection. I love that the Bose mobile app allows customization of noise cancellation. It works very well.

It is an amazing difference in sound and quality when you use the quietcomfort earbud II. I have used a few other earbuds from competitive companies but I am most impressed with these. Well worth your own trial.

These headphones have incredible sound quality and noise canceling, but it is clear that there is a lot of issues that i feel like could be resolved through updates. I recently lost my pair of qc earbuds that i got last year around this time, so i figured i would just bite the bullet and get the new model. First, when i want to listen on just one earbud, i am unable to put the left one in my ear and the right one in the case. If i put the right one in the case, the left one immediately disconnects from my phone. it makes literally no sense. I tried probably ten times in a row, and then put the right one in my ear and the left one in the case and it worked fine. Second, the "aware" isn't even aware. Even when i turn active sense off, i find the noise canceling ducking loud outside noise at a SIGNIFICANT level, to the point where it was very frustrating. I had one earbud in the car (right one, of course) with the noise canceling fully off and active sense off, playing very light music and trying to have a conversation with the passenger, and everytime there was a loud noise outside the noise canceling would kick on. I preferred the old method of double tap left earbud to change noise canceling, double tap right to play or pause. it was much quicker than having to hold it down in my opinion. that should be an option. For this reason i would not recommend them YET. wish i had my old ones back until these were actually usable without making me angry.
