Love the sound and the fit of these, but the quality is questionable. Mine came defective with a very slight but noticeable buzz noise. The app for it is also very finnicky when it comes to connecting these to your phone. It doesn't always easily connect. It could also add more features such as wireless charging. Many earbuds in the price range has that meanwhile this doesn't.

I love this buds, Bose has one if not my only favorite brand, the sound quality is excellent, it worth spending a little more money, you’ll get better sound and much better quality for your money in the long term

I have been using these Bose - QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones for awhile and I really like them.

Worked well for a month. Then began connectivity issues. This is the second time. In as many months. Support is complicated. Does not work well with Apple. You have to forget device then connect again. The second time nothing seems to work. Not worth over 200 dollars. When it does work sound is great.

The sound of these earbuds is absolutely amazing... Better than several other brands that I have tried...

The quality of the sound is great. I wish there was an option for higher volume as sometimes the limit is too low.

The noise cancelation works very well and to listen music is awesome but to have continous calls the quality is just good.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He LOVES THEM!! The sound is excellent he says!! He uses them all of the time (daily), he is an expert on sound for ear buds..

Very happy with this item, great sound and noise cancelling. My only problem is trying to use my finger to adjust the volume, ear buds are very sensitive and I either pause the music or change alert/quiet mode too easily.

Ear Buds sound great bass and treble at all volume levels. Earbuds sound excellent and also playing Hi-Res audio flies MQA and Flac I had the Sony WF-1000XM4 the sound quality decreased when increasing the volume (Samsung and Windows 11)

I absolutely love this bluetooth set! It has been the best set i have every had!! The sound is amazing. And the canceling is aweaome when my kiddos are to loud

Better than the 1st one. It stay in my ear alittle better than the 1st one but still feels like it going to fall out

sound great, not a big fan of the controls on the headphones, very sensitive to touch. i preferred the older model

My old Bose QuietComfort earbuds stopped working. I was just going to replace them with the same kind. I saw these figured I would try them. So far I am very happy with them. A little more money but I think well worth the money.

These Bose earbuds are the best of the best!! They were a perfect fit for my ears, I felt very comfortable while wearing them. They are exactly as described. I definitely feel they are worth the price.I highly recommend them!

Bose came through with these earbuds, they are just amazing quality and the sound is perfection!

These are awesome headphones. I got myself a pair and my wife ended up liking them also. We got her a pair too. Great sound quality and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

I really liked these earbuds until the bluetooth pairing just stopped working about 6 months after purchase. I contacted Bose and am supposed to get a replacement pair asap. I like Bose and will continue to use their products but this was a little disappointing since my original QC earbuds lasted a long time and even took some serious abuse with no issues.

Tap once to answer calls, pause music and unpause. Tap twice to skip song. Tap three times to replay song. Swipe up and down to control volume. Great sound. Connects easily. What isn't there to like about it.
