Be careful Best buy will send you used headphones

This is completely unacceptable. The “new” item I purchased was open and had been used. Be careful if you order these from best buy. They were also very difficult to get connected to my phone. The Bose music app failed to connect the headphones almost 30 times. There was no useful troubleshooting on the app either. Very disappointed.

QC II perform exactly how they was advertised.

The sound quality and noise cancelation performs exactly how to he QC II was advertised. The music is very clear when you use aware or quiet mode. The earbuds are very light and comfortable. I have not had any issue so far. I purchased the QC II on sale so it was a good price for a great product.
