    [Employee of bestbuy] The earbuds sound nice and have nice features but only the right earbud can be used by its self. If you try to use the left one alone they will simply disconnect because the bluetooth works by connecting to the right bud and the left bud connects to that. The fact that these earbuds are $300 and cant be used individually is completely unacceptable. And if Bose are willing to cut this corner, then who knows what other corners have been cut in this product or any other that they make.

    I wish I hadn’t missed the return deadline by one day. The volume is pretty low when I’m using certain apps. Otherwise they are decent but would not recommend.

    I have been looking for a wireless set of earbuds for a while and did not want AirPods becausei use more than 1 ecosystem.

    It can connect 2 devices, but it has connect issues. Offen lost connect when music play. I have to remove it from Bluetooth list then reconnect.

    The earphones are not functioning properly with poor connectivity. I will Have to replace through bose. I think beat buy sold me returned or resold items. .

    this is my third bose earbuds the last 2 i been having problem with the C cable keep coming out and right earbud lose the charge and dont want to charge anymore.

    If you love great sounds quality and noise canceling above everything else then these headphone are the best out there. The only down side to these earphone is the mic. The mic pretty kuch picks up every sounds while on the phone.

    This earbuds are the best noice canceling buds i ever tried. I just have small problem with design for years now Bose couldnt fix this design issue with its products they sound like $300 buds but they dont look like $300 buds.

      Hello, the Quietcomfort II earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 and a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres). It is unusual to hear that these are not connecting.
