If you try to use the left one alone they will simply disconnect because the bluetooth works by connecting to the right bud and the left bud connects to that. The fact that these earbuds are $300 and cant be used individually is completely unacceptable. And if Bose are willing to cut this corner, then who knows what other corners have been cut in this product or any other that they make.

Great quailty but there are some cons

The only down side to these earphone is the mic. The mic pretty kuch picks up every sounds while on the phone.

Posted .Hello, the Quietcomfort II earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 and a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres). It is unusual to hear that these are not connecting.
