    These started acting weird, not wanting to connect to ny phone, disconnecting randomly and the sound quality started being horrible and crackly. I don't even have a year with them, 6 months in and they started acting up.

    These headphones may be my least by Bose. Its a winder they aren’t available anymore. Constant connectivity issues. Charging can be annoying. Constantly falling out of ears when working out. The fit is not good. I prefered the older style. These suck.

    Quick Bluetooth connectivity to an iPhone 13 Pro sucks. A little over engineered as they try to balance the noise cancellation and environmental noise changes. Wouldn’t buy again.

    They are fabulous headphones as far as the wireless functions go, they sure can upgrade the volume to mask some of the noise that seeps in. My wireless beats are much louder.

      Please make sure to use the Quiet Mode if you need to enable to the Noise Cancellation, but also note that this mode will help blocking out some noises, but will not cancel every sounds around you.

    These Bose earbuds are great when they work. The Apple Bluetooth connection is horrible. I have to reset the product every time I have to connect them to my iPhone.

    Sound quality is good and they are comfortable in ear, after about two weeks i had pairing issues with the left earbud

    I bought these for my husband, he said they never kept a charge and when ready to use them connecting them was difficult. We returned them.

    Not great quality. Product is way better but poor quality. After using it for a year by now, I tried to pull out earplugs to change the size and surprisingly it broke into 2 parts
