    I didn't really like these they kept disconnecting a lot had to connect manually sound was great other than great design fitted well.

    Features… Great! Won’t Stay in Ears

    Few extra features are great, but for the price… I expected them to fit more securely and stay in the ears. They seem to fall out frequently so I have to keep adjusting & at the very least, be aware of where I’m using them

    They actually don’t work good with iPhone for some reason take long time to connect and the sound it’s bad during phone calls

    Great sound good base and mid range … love the noise canceling ability … I drive 18 wheelers and with the quiet mode I don’t hear anything … with the aware adaptive I can still hear everything I need and the louder noises are the softer they get in my ears as it auto adjusts. Just make sure you update the firmware

    Terrible design on the case/buds

    Case doesn't connect consistenly with the buds. - They don't easily power up - often I have to wiggle the buds in the case when I open it to get them to wake up. - Very frustrating for such an expensive set of earbuds. - I'd rather get my money back than deal with Bose customer support. Sad thing is the sound quality is awesome when they work. - Bad thing is getting them to work takes 1-2 minutes. - And the case is slippery as hell so it's no fun to try get them out anyways.

      It's great you love the sound quality of the earbuds. It's strange you're having trouble getting them to wake up. Please check the stability bands are fitted correctly on the earbuds as per the guide here https://bose.life/43sReiT on our website.     Awesome headphones, BUT if you like to do cardio or workout with a hoodie on or anything over your head with these in…DON’T!!! They will turn the volume up and down, turn your songs forwards and backwards. Just HORRIBLE while trying to get in the zone. If you’re one of those people who like to walk on a treadmill.
