I’m a long time Bose owner, all the way back to my 901’s! The sound is incredible and the fit is perfect! I held out on earbuds not knowing if they would stay in my ear, but these are comfortable and I even forget I have them on when exercising.

Never, not but Bose again! Long story short. I lost the charging case within 2 months of owning. I called Bose To see if I could just purchase and they sent brand new set. Earbuds and case with no charge. Even sent a return label for me to send my original buds back. No questions asked. I know Apple has the find me tracking. But I once lost the airpod covers the little rubbing pod covers and they made me buy a whole new set just for 2 little things. Also this sounds is very Bose! Great noise Cancellation. But the Customer Service Chef Kiss!

Awesome headset. Premium sound quality. Could have wireless charging.

They sound good. They are kinda bigger than i want. They have great range. They dont connect that fast to Samsung products.

These headphones are very good, I like the sound quality of them and the price. The battery are very good quality, and they last very long,there very easily charged, the case holds the headphones very secure.

These have been my favorite wireless headphones so far. They are very secure in the ear and the noise canceling is top notch. I would recommend the bose quiet comfort ii to anyone looking for a quality set of wireless headphones.

I use these earbuds daily. Fit well and sound great. Stay in my ear while jumping around playing basketball. Bluetooth speaker works very well for anyone who takes a lot of phone calls also.

The noise cancle capability is unmatch. I work at airport ramp which is one of the most noisy place in the planet. The music quality may not be as good as airpod pro, but it really fits in your ears well thanks to the comfort fit sleeves.

the base is puchy and i am very impressed with the quality. Not surprised though because its Bose. The case might feel a little flimsy but the battery life on that thing is outrageous. I chose these over aipod pros.

Best earbuds I've tried (and I've tried a lot)! I have small ears and most earbuds do not stay in but these do! The noise canceling feature works great! Connectivity was easy. Love them so far!

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are darn near perfect - great fit, excellent sound, and the noise canceling is better than my Sony WF 1000XM4s. AND.....Best Buy shipping and customer service is far superior than Amazon! Keep it up Best Buy!

Amazing sound , long battery life , and annoyingly good sound cancellation… my girlfriend wears them and I can scream behind her and she doesn’t know I’m even there.

Best Earpods I have ever owned. Fit right into each ear correctly and the Bose system tells you if you have a good fit in each ear. The bass sound is exceptional and has added a new dimension to my music. Would highly recommend.

These earbuds are better than all the other earbuds!

Better than AirPod pros. Better ANC, adjust the EQ, not as seamless like AirPods with apple products but those minor features don’t make for better earbuds that stay in your ear no matter how much you sweat etc

Sound good. Too bad it disconnect once in a while in the blue tooth

As anyone would expect from BOSE the sound qulity is unmatched! But with this new gen bud the fit and comfort now equals the sound quality. IF you truly enjoy your listening pleasures you owe it to yourself to try the BosE QuietComfort Earbuds II.

My dad loves these. He works in very loud environments yet the sound from these is still crystal clear, and they are also very comfortable.

Bose had come thru again. They have listened to their consumers and brought out a smaller earbud without loosing any sound quality. The only thing I find wrong with them. I can't listen with the left earbud independent from the right, otherwise it's a great product!
