    Love my Bose. Great price for a great quality earbud. I have to find the correct earbud cover so they stay in my ear, but mostly comfy.

    Okay, I purchased these for my husband and now I want them. I am going to return to the store to purchase a pair for me. These are such great noise cancelling in ear headphones. Not only do they perform well but they are extremely comfortable

    I have tried different name brand earbuds and these are the best. I like that you can control the bass, treble and mids! The bass sound great and the cancel out noise!

    Great product! Comfortable and very light. The quiet mode really cut back on ambiant noise. I use them to sleep without worries of loosing them.

    Top quality earbuds made out of durable top quality materials. The sound quality is exquisite, and thanks to the battery life im able to listen to music for hours and hours.

    These headphones are disappointing. While I was blown away by the sound quality and noise cancellation at first, I've had nothing but trouble with these earbuds. First, they constantly disconnect. I have had them for a month now and twice I've had connection issues so servere that I thought they were permanently broken. But even if I got a pair that didn't have connection issues, I would still be frustrated with these headphones. There's no way to tell how much charge is on the case. Not in the app, nothing until the headphones stop charging. Second, there is no way of telling where the battery is without opening the app. Yes, is tells me when I first put my headphones on, but then the next thing I know I'm in low power! Third, the controls are finicky. Sometimes it lets me do the press and hold function, but more often than not it doesn't. Adjusting the volume via earbud is cool though. All in all, two stars. I'm disappointed in these headphones, but they do have some cool features.

It is surprising you've had the disconnection issues you're reporting, but we would love to help you with this. I'd recommend trying our troubleshooting here https://bose.life/3qBAWWD that can help to get back to enjoying the earbuds.

      The charging case LEDs can be used to show the current battery level of the charging case. The guide here https://bose.life/3qBAWWD on our website can take you through how to determine the battery level of the case. The earbuds themselves can hold up to 6 hours of battery depending on volume, and type of content being played. If you're getting much less than that, then please do reach out to us https://bose.life/contact for help.

      If you could try the following to help with the touch controls, this may help you get a more reliable response from them. You can of course contact us for help with this as well if needed.
      - For multi-tap functions, vary the tap pressure
      - Make sure your fingers are dry
      - If your hair is wet, make sure it isn’t interfering with the touch surface
      - If wearing gloves, remove them before touching the touch control surface

    I bought these for my mom and she absolutely loves them, they have really good ANC and they have excellent call quality. The only gripe she has is that when she talks in a call the other person can hear the background noise

    Great sounding with decent full bass. ANC works great. Works with both Apple and Android, but do sound better with Apple and Apple Music. Transparency isnt bad, but Apple Airpods Pro 2 are better as well as Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.

    I normally don’t do well with earbuds but these are actually comfortable and they stay in my ears. The ANC is god tier (it blocks out everything). My husband keeps trying to steal mine to replace his QC 1.

    and noise cancellation is great. Easy to lose, though. Dropped the case with buds in it on an airplane. The case opened and buds fell out. Worse, the case closed back up, and I didn’t notice the buds weren't in there for a week. My own stupidity for not checking, but that was a little too easy to do.

    So much pomise, then new firmware happened

    These were great for the first few days - great noise cancellation, excellent sound, and comfortable. Then, there was a forced firmware update (there's no way to prevent these updates). Returned them two days later. Suddenly, the earbuds could no longer reliably connect to the app. It worked fine when first out of the case, but within five minute, the app did not know the buds existed. The ANC was also degraded. During quiet sections of music, there was now an audible hiss. I exchanged them and the same thing happened when the firmware was updated on the replacements. Read several reports online of similar issues. Guess I'll stick with their biggest competitor. For the price, I expected so much more.

    Great ear piece but can be pricey. The outaide noise cancelation is good. If it were a bit discounted it would be a great value.

    These are the best ear buds ive ever owned. Im blown away every single time I use them. I would recommend these to anyone that has a smartphone. They are so comfortable that I commonly forget they are even in.

    Fantastic sound and noise canceling. The only issue is I do have connectivity problems with iPhone pretty frequently but it’s not a huge deal. Side note, Vampire is the best song of the decade

    Overall sound in terms of music listening and calls are very high quality. Noise cancelling is top notch too. Although you can hear wind noise a lil bit even after ANC. Missing stars are for no wireless charging, no multipoint connectivity and lot of noice picked up my the mic. So if you're planning to take calls while doing household chores, this might not be the best fit for you. I'm still keeping mine for the sound quality alone.

      Thanks for your feedback, we are happy to hear that you're loving the noise cancellation and audio quality of your earbuds. While the QuietComfort Earbuds II can connect to and remember up to seven devices, they maintain connection to only one device at a time during use. To connect to a second device that has previously been paired with the earbuds, users may simply select the QuietComfort Earbuds II on the second device’s Bluetooth settings menu, and the earbuds will disconnect from the first device and connect to the second.
