These headphones have improved a lot in touch controls and comfort, they have great audio quality, I do not regret the purchase, as it is an excellent product.

This is the 2nd pair of BOSE earbuds that we have purchased and have loved them. But for some reason the 2nd gen pair has suddenly stopped charging the right ear bud in case.

I’ve had these for a few months. Noise canceling is great. And sound quality is good. I only marked 4 of 5 because I had a difficult time keeping them in my ears. ( a problem I get frequently) not good to use while running but also had problems just doing regular tasks around the house. They kept falling out. Be sure to get the protection plan in case you drop them and thymes break.

I had an older pair of Bose Sport earbuds that died after 6 years. I wanted buds again, but noise canceling was a must if at all possible. Based in internet reviews, i had low expectations to find good noise canceling earbuds, but always liked Bose. I was very hesitant to drop $300 on earbuds, but wasnt going to fly without music. I can say they are well worth every penny! Not only is the music clarity amazing, they completely shutout about 95% of all other noise without having to blast the volume. Bose never ceases to impress!

This is my first pair of earbuds, so don't have anything to compare them to. However I like these a lot for listening to audio text/books. I invested in the Bose for the noise cancelling feature, particularly when I fly. Look forward to using them on a flight. I am not so tech-savvy, so getting used to using yhem for phone calls has been a little tricky for me. Still lesrning all the features.

I’ve owned like eight pairs of earbuds, and these are definitely the most comfortable pair I’ve ever owned, and the audio is awesome

Best headphones on the market period. Legendary Bose sound with noise cancellation you would not believe. My only knock would be the price at 299 is a bit much but if you can pay it, do it.

Bose quality. Best sounding NC earbuds and I sampled all in this class, including Apple. I own the QC I version and these are even better - clearer midrange and punchier bass.

Best noise canceling earbuds I could find. Excellent for all of my needs. Worth the extra price coming from JBL earbuds. I use these at the gym regularly. Switching between noise canceling and aware comes in handy. Great for flights when I want to keep my earbuds in and toggle the noise cancel on and off. Audio is clear.

They were easy to pair with both my phone & IPad. Comfortable to wear all day and have a decent battery life, and can be charged quickly by the case.

I am giving them a 5 star review. Although I personally did not enjoy them due to it hurting my inner ear. the design and sound is amazing. Sucks I couldnt enjoy them more.

Superior sound quality. Can just external noise through the app. Used in android and Apple with no issues. Great battery life.
