These headphones are perfect for me. They stay in my ears while running and fit comfortably. Haven’t had a problem with them at all.

The noise cancelling feature was a game changer. Almost completely blocks out background music and noise at the gym. I think they are a little hard to clean and sound can get diminished even with a small amount of build up. It's almost impossible to keep them from getting any kind of dirt, no matter how much you clean your ears! After almost 18 months I am seeing some trouble with connectivity. Some days I have to "forget" them on my iPhone and add them back in order to connect. Phone calls are becoming more difficult because of bad connection to phone. I think I got my money's worth and will get another pair from Bose.

unfortunately, I have to return this because it was not connecting automatically with my apple phone. But sound quality was great. I didn't like the bigger case it came with, and the lack of wireless charging case was also a downside for me.

These earbuds are amazing. They are very comfortable and thr quality and sound design is amazing.

Fit great. Excellent noise cancelling and great audio. Use them when I go on a run.

I bought these buds to use for work. I bought them specifically for its noise-canceling feature. The quiet mode did not disappoint. At first, it was uncomfortable because it felt like the ear pressure you get during a flight. However, I was able to adjust pretty quickly. Switching from quiet mode to aware mode was also easy and convenient whenever I would like to hear my surroundings. The only other aspect that I found challenging is its connectivity. It can get a little glitchy when connecting with my iPhone and with my PC. Sometimes the connection drops despite putting the buds back in the case several times or disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth. However, when it does work, it is stable. This may just be happening because I frequently take off the buds to talk to my co-workers, so perhaps it cuts the connection off that way. Overall, I really like the quality of these earbuds.

Very nice sound, base-y but nice midrange and treble. I was very disappointed with the fact that you have to register them to take advantage of the Bluetooth tracking system if they got lost. Someone stole mine and I couldn’t use GPS to find mine vs if I had AirPods i could “find my” AirPods and I would know where my stuff is.

These Bose earbuds are some of the best ive have every owned. Worth every penny stays in ear nuce deep bass. Volume is high the beats earbuds i own don't come close.

Great sounding earbuds with a great companion app. They are great if you’re having trouble finding earbuds that have a perfect fit.

This are some of the only earbuds I’ve owned that actually fit me. The sound quality is very good and sound cancellation is industry standard.

I cannot say anything negative. I used this on airplane and I did not hear anything around me. It start noise cancelling right away. Bass is awesome.

Superior sound, horrible mic. If your buying just to listen to stuff, these are the best on the market. If you want to use them to have conversations, don't buy them. It sounded like i was under water according to my customers and coworkers/friends. I returned them.

Excellent noise canceling, sound, and comfort! Big improvement in the size of the buds and case compared to the original QuietComfort Earbuds. I have these and the Airpods Pro 2. Both are excellent, but I give the Bose an edge on noise canceling, especially on low sounds such as an airplane engine. The only thing I don't like is you can only use the right bud by itself. The left will disconnect when the right is put in the case.

Good sound and decent battery life. Sound quality is usual for bose. The noise canceling is great.

Great product. I replaced them with the ultra version and was happy with my choice. The Bose Ultra are significantly better sounding. Noise reduction on both are industry standards
