It'll connect but randomly disconnect when i pause the music.

The case is flimsy and doesn't seem to meet Bose standards. Three months after the purchase, the right earbud stopped charging. I have to push it in a specific direction to allow contact with the case and start charging but it stops as soon as I stop pushing. One may expect to pay a lot for a Bose product but you don't expect to have issues with it.

Wish they would make some ad on piece that goes around your ear for people like me that can't seem to get an earbud to stay in - especially when sweeting.
