These earbuds aren't worth the money. They suffer from constant connectivity issues that require forgetting and pairing the device to fix it. Sometimes they don't connect at all. Sometimes only a single bus connects. When you put the headphones in your ear, it plays a loud and harsh sound (by design) that you can't disable. In terms of sound quality, you're only paying for the Bose name. I replaced Google Pixel buds pro (gen. 1) with these headphones and noticed that the Bose have much better sound quality. Connectivity issues began within the first 2 weeks. Fast forward to today, I bought a pair of Pixel Buds Pro (gen. 2) and I can say that they blow these earbuds out of the water in terms of sound quality, connectivity, and ease of use. Best part: I don't have to hear the horrendous Bose connectivity sound anymore. Do not buy these.

Best headphones ever.. even bought a second pair for someone else. I use them daily for workouts, work calls, zoom meetings on my computer, and pretty much anywhere i can. The noise canceling is great, clearity of music and podcasts top notch. Only complaint would be switching between devices. I also love the charge life as have an ussue charging devices.

Sometimes loses connection but overall a good headphone. Sound quality is superior to airpods but at the expense of some connectivity issues and additional features.

These are very comfortable. The sound quality is superb, and the noise cancellation is excellent.

I purschased the Bose qc buds 1 last year and loved the sound. The only issue is they started hurting my ears after a period of use. I got these and love the slimmed down design. They feel so much better in my ears. The noise canceling is an upgrade as well from the gen 1. The sound is still the great Bose sound. The only complaint I have so far is the case. The gen 1 case was so much better with the lid lock mechanism. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

These are awesome. They work in conjunction with the bose music app at setup.thet hae settings you can customize for noise canceling and the mixing board is also really cool .they dont suck into your ear so you hear/feel every step you take like other noise canceling headphones i have tried in the past.

Pleasantly surprised by the great sound of music from this product and they are very comfortable to wear.

I like the way they perform, fits comfortable in the ear. But I wear a hoodie on my job side and it touches my ear very often massing up with the headphones. Since they got bunch of touch sensors on them . This is the only part that I didn’t like it .

I have always purchased Bose products, and each time I buy a new model of earpods, the quality is better each time. Bose makes the best sound producing earpods with exceptional noise-cancelling capabilities. My only complaint with their latest model is that they don't seem to fit as nicely as the previous model, but the overall sound quality makes up for the difference in fitment.

The noise cancellation on these are amazing. And the sound is just as amazing. They are very comfortable also.

Great bose sound, good noise canceling option but the app makes the experience awful. Constantly inconsistent ear bud connections. Requiring uninstall reinstallation of the app.

The noise cancelling and sound were absolutely amazing, you could tune out the whole world without busting your eardrums. My major complaint was the case. It’s made out of this very weak plastic and the part that connects the case to the lid is very flimsy.

10 out of 10 in every aspect. Super comfortable, good battery life, awesome sound quality
