    Comfortable, great sound quality. Perfect. BUT when taking a call they still only answer in the Right Ear. And thats my damaged ear. So owint work for me

      Hello Hawk,

      Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QuietComfort Earbuds II. You simply need to update the firmware of the buds as an update came out after release that allows you to use either bud as a primary for calls. Please check the Bose Music app to update.

    I really like these Bose ear buds, they have great sound and I can’t hear any outside noise. The only thing I don’t like about them is they are hard to get out of the case.
