    I had to purchased 2 pairs. The 1st pair just stopped connecting to my phone. The second pair has not given me any major issues.

    I love Bose products but this one is definitely a bit of a let down. I’m having some issues pairing with my phone. Sometimes only one works and I have to keep trying to put them in my ears for them to work. It is also hard to find the right combination of tips for them stay in my ears. Lastly, quality of the sound is great when it comes to listening to music but quality of sound of phone calls isn’t the good at all. This is disappointing for a product that expensive.

    Excellent noise Cancelation earbuds. Love the option of controlling the bass and treble in the Bose music app. Had a few incident where earbuds fall out when my ear get sweaty from working out but maybe I didn’t choose the right size ear tips otherwise they are great.
