Great Sound Quality But Has Connection Issues

Posted .Hello, It's really great to hear you feel the sound quality is good on these. The QC earbuds II have bluetooth 5.3 and a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres), so it is usual to hear that these are disconnecting. You can find guidance here

Left ear bud stopped working

Im sure it was a fluke but i can only review my experience with them. Best buy offered to exchange or get store credit. I opted for store credit cuz honestly I didn’t think it was worth the price from the moment i used them. Don’t get me wrong they were good bit for my use the price tag wasn’t woth it
