These headphones though having immaculate sound quality, they are missing features that I use on the regular. So if you are looking for a good quality well built headphone with descent noise cancellation have it. As for me the first issue I had, no two mic's in each ear, this is something I use given my work I alternate ears quite often to where at one point in the day I'm only using either the left or right earbud for listening and talking/conference calling on PC. No seamless transition from multiple devices. I need these linked to my phone and PC for a seamless transition when the time comes. My prior headphones (Soundcore Liberty 4 GREAT HEADSET BUT COULDN'T STAY IN MY EAR!!!!!) Also the mic only being in the right ear is very frustrating but I won't go down that road again, and if you want to only use the left ear bud you have to leave the case open or manipulate it. Sometimes trading up isn't always the best decision, as for me I'll probably be going back to my Samsung Buds sound quality was decent and for what I do and need out they have all those features that his one lacked. If Bose had the features of many other earbuds oh I'd definitely be keeping these guys. Overall if you just want a good well built high quality audio earbud then knock yourself out. If you're looking for multiple device connection, seamless transition between devices, ability to use each ear bud as a mic regardless if you are only using one. Then skip this product you will become frustrated.

Mic not working well on zoom

Smaller buds same battery life noise cancelling is amazing, however the buds have 2 interchangeable sets for your ear, one in the ear, the other seals on the outer ear. The latter of the two moves around a lot and has actually fallen off the ear bud. Took it in to address my concerns and was told even with geek squad I would void the geek squad warranty and would have purchase the protection plan again.

If you are noticing your earbuds aren't fitting comfortably or that they are falling out, I would suggest you mix and match ear tips and stability bands so you get the best fit for your ears.
