On every call that I take with these earphones, the person I am talking to says they can't hear me or can only hear background noise. The Bluetooth connection is also poor, I have had consistent issues connecting from my phone. That issue seems to only be on mobile - my laptop connects without any problems.

He walked me through my different choices and prices? Answered my questions and wow I no I got exactly the product I was shopping for. My heads up on kindness and how polite and easy my experience was .

Didn’t have time to return them so now I’m stuck. Also there is no “find my” option for this set. Yes, my child has mis-placed one of the ear buds and I can’t find it. The “find my” option would have definitely come in handy. I thought all wireless buds came with that option. Had to add/delete the app multiple times when trying to connect them to my iPhone. Overall unhappy with this purchase
