    Great sound as you’d expect from Bose but you have to fight to get them to charge to 100%.

    these are my 2nd pair of Bose, first were the OVER the ear OPEN headphones which were great, these are for noise cancelling and what makes these a tad better than my apple pro, 1, 2, 3 air pods are the custom fit feature every headphone should adopt.

    Certainly are an upgrade over the last version. Much more bass, much smaller package. Teams call could use some work (one piece lags by a split second behind the other but it sounds really annoying). I assume this will be fixed soon by an update.

    Fit and feel while wearing was excellent, sound quality was lacking in bass. While I could feel bass depth, I could not actually hear the bass guitar in classic rock songs. I hoped great things for these buds, but they missed the mark. The app often did not connect and call quality was unacceptable. After loving the 700 series over ear headphones, these were not worth keeping. Nobody mentions how poor the call quality is.

    Very nice my only complaint is loses Bluetooth connection frequently and seems to take many attempts to get it reconnected.

    Although the noise canceling is phenomenal. The case sucks getting the buds in and out is a pain in the axs, and the lid on the case flops open all the time.

    Its real nice but i get complaints that i sound muffle im not sure why but i do like the comfort of them ibwas hopping both ear buds had a mic

    They are a great pair of earbuds. I got the memory foam tips, which creates the perfect seal for my ears. The app is easy to use and besides listening to music I hooked them up to my tv and was really immersed in Assassins Creed Valhalla!

    I love them! There loud I think there better than AirPods! Totally recommend them. The only thing I don’t like is that when I’m getting a call it won’t connect for some reason.

    The young man that helped me were excellentt what he did. It took him only a few minutes. I appreciate everything Best Buy don for me. I just bought the over the ears headphones forl TV music in the house. And my brother loves them they were a gift.

    Wish these were a little bit better on the sound quality still enjoy them but hope Bose can improve them in the future noise cancellation is great tho

    The noise cancellation is top notch, when they work properly. Countless pairing issues, they reset while using them frequently, if they aren’t seated in the case perfectly they won’t charge. Oh and the touch controls are just nonsense.

      I'm happy you like the noise cancellation of your QuietComfort Earbuds II, Terry! The earbuds do need to sit in the case correctly to charge, however this should be a simple case of dropping them gently into the case. If you're experiencing issues, try resetting your earbuds manually - this may also fix the reset loop and pairing issues.     Bought these for my 15 yr old son, however we traded them in for the noise cancelling version and the better inner ear fit. He is a runner and this version was not staying put in the ear
