Boses windy silence.

Sounds like white noise from a TV. The left earbud stopped producing sound exactly one year after purchase. For over $200 they should be better than that. Pretty disappointed in the purchase.

Returned the First Pair, Threw Away the Second

The issues are with the connectivity and noise cancellation. Continually having to reset/reconnect, then eventually quit working all together. The original (first generation) Bose QuietComfort Earbuds were the best!

If you are having issues with them staying connected, Try clearing the Bluetooth device list on the product itself and removing them from the phone,
With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbud's status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.
