Posted .Hello Kathy, I am glad to hear you enjoy the design of the earbuds.
If the volume level isnt quite up to your expectations, i would like you to try different media types as they might produce different quality sound. For example, Podcasts, music stored locally on your phone, MP3s, streaming music services (Spotify, Pandora), videos on your device or stored in the cloud, etc. can all vary in quality. Try different media to determine if the issue is specific to certain media.
If you run into any issues, please reach out to support and we’ll be happy to help!

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these buds. They fit comfortably even for long plane flights. The noise cancelling is excellent and it is simple to switch modes to aware and music. I have so much more room in my carry-on now.

Best in class ANC, big improvement over 1st gen.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are top tier earbuds from Bose that are just shy of being the absolute best on the market. I still have them a 5/5 rating for their best-in-class ANC and stellar, adjustable, audio quality. But they are missing some aspects that would have taken them over the edge. I’ll get the negatives out of the way first. At this price point, there is no excuse for the case to not support Qi charging. That’s something that $100 earbuds support. Bose could have done better. Second, you can’t use these independently. The right earbud feeds the left and is the only one that can be used by itself. This isn’t 2010 anymore Bose, get with it. Bose has said a firmware update is in the works, but never buy tech based on future promises. I can live with those two negatives though. The fit of these earbuds are great. No skipping, they stay snuggly put and I can wear them for hours on end without issues. I have to take them out for charging before my ears get tired of them. The sound quality is also excellent. There’s a 3-band EQ you can adjust to make them sound how you want. I like the typical v-shaped curve so mine are tuned for that. The ANC of the QC earbuds II is better than anything on the market from Apple, Sony, B&O, M&D, B&W, Jabra, Samsung, Google, Soundcore, or any other company. Bose retook their top spot as ANC leaders. These even do a better job than the QC45 headphones. Bose also improved their audio awareness, these are almost as natural as the AirPods Pro 2 and better than every other pair of earbuds out there. Lastly, Bose improved the connectivity of these compared to the previous generation. I don’t know what happened, but the first gen were the worst earbuds I had ever used. They constantly skipped, disconnected, and experienced audio stuttering. Not these. I’ve used them in a crowded gym, at the beach, in a packed stadium, and in a big city. They do skip, but the same amount as the AirPods Pro 2 did with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’ll hear a small, audible skip about once every 2 weeks with these (I’ve heard 2 total), that’s a huge improvement from the hourly skipping I experienced with the first generation (even after exchanging them for different ones and pairing to different devices). Bose is onto something with three, they would have been perfect had they added those two missing aspects. These earbuds are for anyone that wants something smaller than the terrible first generation with the absolute best ANC you can buy, and solid sound quality.

Did you hear that? Nope. Top tier NC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ridiculous noise canceling, very good audio quality. I wish the app provided greater eq flexability. While most people might give a higher rating, I would reserve 5 stars for the Sony XM4’s due to greater battery life, wireless charging in the case, better app and superb sound quality. As far as noise canceling goes, holy crap! Bose really dialed it up. It would be a great choice for air travel and other noisy environments.

Could have been better for the dollar amount.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned the 1st pair because of poor connection and I returned the second one because of the app. I would literally listening to the earbuds and would open the app to change some settings and it would not connect even while listening . Another piece of junk for the open box sales.

Compatibility with IPhone 15 pro is a mess
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The earbud works great with most devices except the iPhone. Since I switched my cellphone to IPhone 15 Pro, it’s been a hurdle to connect. Every time I have to perform a series of tasks: deactivate Bluetooth, press forget device, start over… Sometimes I do it twice. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the earbud or the iPhone 15.

Its ok but not really worth it.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dissatisfied... sound is ok and these are so bulky, they find thier way out of my ear as time goes by. Went with the sony M5... noise cancling and sound is better. They dont work out of my ear too. Bose isnt the same top tier company as before. Kind of a disappointment. My choices for earbuds would be either the Airpods or the Sony M5

Posted .Hi MariaD, I am sorry to hear your QuietComfort earbuds II aren't connecting the way that they should, I would recommend clearing your Bluetooth on the earbuds.
With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbud's status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.
and then try to reconnect them with the Bose Music app

Great Earbud, Poor Wind Noise Control

Best headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best wireless headphones that I have purchased in my life. It completely blocks out all other noise. Like the original Bose you can't hear anything else but what is in your headphones. Or you can change the setting to hear your surrounding if you want. The only problem that I'm having is my left ear bud is not working so I'm taking it in to replace my headphones. Hopefully their will not be a problem.

It's great that you love the noise cancellation of the earbuds, with the ability to switch between aware and quiet modes. The left earbud not working is surprising, if you need support for the earbuds then please contact us (https://bose.life/38DNELy) for support.
