    The sound is good but the downside is not good for workout because i go to gym a lot so im have issue using it.

    The ear buds are just what I needed to block out noise, which they do very well. I like the many options you have right at your fingertips.

    The sound and noise cancelling work great but it's pointless if they cut in and out randomly. One ear plays music while the other is silent. At times both buds would be silent. I returned them after a week hoping it would get better but it got worse.

    Excellent sound and easy Bluetooth connection. The only negative is the flimsy case that also does not support wireless charging.

    They earphones have been good. But I wish there was a way to control the volume with me clicking on them or something like that.

      Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Earbuds II.

      The product is designed to use the latest Bluetooth technologies to ensure a fantastic connection between buds and between your device. You may find that dropouts occur when your source device is too far away (we recommend using it within 33ft/10m) or if there are electrical objects that may be causing interference nearby. With that in mind, if the problem persists try disconnecting the buds, establish a new pairing and re-test. This should eradicate any cutting out.

    Bought these on a long shot that I would like them, one of my best decisions. Noise canceling is great. Pretty easy to set up. App is a little clunky at times, but not a deal breaker for me. Wish volume would go up just a little more.

    The only down side is you can only use right one alone can’t use the left, but the sound quality is awesome

    When they say ‘noise canceling’ they mean it! It makes my dad so mad when I’m wearing them because even if i have the sound on low, if the noise cancelling is turned on then Ihear nothing outaide of the earbuds.

    Wonderful headphones for jogging

    I use these for jogging on my treadmill and for cleaning. They work great! You have to adjust the size for your ears but once you get the correct size it works great.

    Indeed these are the best noise cancelling earbuds. They've saved me from noisy neighbors, helped me concentrate. And they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

    Have always had and loved Bose and upgraded as new models came out. Saves to get these, and they were amazing the first few weeks, but now the right ear bud either doesn’t work at all or disconnects immediately. I’ve tried every troubleshooting technique to no avail, something this expensive shouldn’t act like a $20 budget bud. Never been so disappointed in a Bose product. I now have a $300 piece of plastic with no use. Either have to waste my warranty only after one month of purchase (which should NEVER be the case,) or just get use to wearing only one bud. DO NOT BUY. Absolutely unacceptable in every way.

    Noice cancellation is marginal and despite purchasing other fitting pieces, they will not stay in your ears if you are active in simple things like walking and in a gym lifting weights, much less higher impact activities like running. Sound quality is very good though....when they stay in your ears.

    Best earbuds I have ever owned. The bass is unreal for earbuds. Sound quality is unmatched. The software is a bit buggy but can’t subtract a star for that because it works.
