I can wear them all day and the sound quality is phenomenal. I bought them to use with MS Teams, and they did not disappoint. My only con is that they don’t change devices on their own like my AirPods

Aware mode works great to in a watejousr environment it keeps yhe loud controlled but still allows communication with coworkers. Of courae the sound quality is is good typical of what you expect feom Bose.

After about 5 weeks have a hard time getting them to connect to my devices and stay connected. Takes about 8 minutes before they stay connected. Have tried all the recommended fixes.

Generally bad connections can be attributed to being too far from the source device, nearby interference, or corrupted pairings. I'd recommend moving to a different environment, keep the buds and source device close by, and establish new connections if all else fails.

If the earbuds detect a medium to loud noise, they turn on noise canceling 100% and turn it off after the noise stops. Very annoying driving my truck and every bump the earbuds are going into and out of noise canceling continuously. Returning until Bose can get an aware mode to work like my air pod pros.
