But not sure what’s going on with the left ear bud. It will just shut off when using both ear buds. I have learned to use one at a time at work so they make the whole day.

If you're finding them too heavy to wear, make sure you're using an eartip and stability band combination that fits your ears well, as this is crucial for a secure, yet comfortable fit. If you're disappointed by the sound you're getting, don't forget the Equalizer in the Bose app can be used to adjust the basses, mids and trebles to your liking, so do give that a go. Its a winder they aren’t available anymore. Constant connectivity issues. Charging can be annoying. Constantly falling out of ears when working out. The fit is not good. I prefered the older style. These suck.

He works on top of roofs always outside and sweating. His only issue was the fitting

However the white noise was too loud and distracting. I returned. I have other Bose products, speaker & larger headphone that I love. This one didn’t work out though.
