    Great my pops loved them only real down side about them is when he puts them in at home and you can’t talk to him

    Wow, I first have to say how great this set of wireless earbuds sounds. I've had numerous other brands at various price points, but these Bose Quiet Comfort Wireless Noise Canceling Earbuds sound the best and are very comfortable to wear. I do have one gripe...getting them in the charging case is not the easiest and it does not seem to wirelessly charge. I took away 1 star and left a 4 star rating because of this, but otherwise I love them. The noise cancelling works amazingly, the eq options in the app let you fine tune how you like to listen to your music, calls, etc, and the box includes different sized pieces to best fit every individual's ears. I can't say enough how great they sound and they also look great and not obtrusive when in your ears. Calls are crystal clear, music is lively and full of bass, and they hold a charge for quite a long time and not leaving you out of juice half way through a long flight. I would definitely recommend this product and wish this quality of earbud was out a long time ago.

      It's awesome that you love the sound, noise cancelling, and other features of the earbuds, we're glad that your enjoying them.

      The charging case isn't capable of wireless charging, and does need to be plugged in for charging. When inserting the earbuds into the case, please make sure that the earbuds are going in the correct side. With the case open and the case light towards you, the earbuds go in right to right, left to left. They won't correctly fit when put in the wrong way.

    Great sound, but the comfort or the facts that no matter the bud they just do not do good for the gym sucks. Also, despite doing the settings people always had issues to hear me. I did trouble shooting and all, and yeah not worth the money

    Can be dangerous because you cannot hear anything with the noise canceling on. I can attest to them working for noisy children! If you need to concentrate on work, these are for you.

    I bought them less than a year ago and have already had to exchange them twice through Bose.com because they suddenly stop connecting.

    Sound quality is good fit is good but will constantly disconnect from blue tooth and not reconnect even when trying to reconnect manually through the app or the phone

    Recently i brought these and it always disconnects with each pther with . And i had to reach out to the customer care and they replaced which worked perfectly fine. Instead of buying from best buy directly buy from product store. Or never buy these . I highly dont recommend these . I saw youtube and there are lot of people who has connectivity issue with one of the buds. They had to do reset and sometimes it wont happens. I regret buying these and wasting my time talking to bose and get the new ones with more than 10 days of processing time . Go with apple in apple store easy to exchange or return

    They were a horrible fit, and as long as I was listening to music, it was great. The sound was amazing. However, once you had to make a call and speak to someone you, it was horrible.

      Thanks for your feedback on the QC Earbuds II.

      The buds come with a variety of different sized tips and stability bands to ensure you get the absolute best fit. Remember, fit is important to keeping them in your ears, but also have a major effect on the sound quality. Be sure to check the "Fit Check" section of the Bose Music application to ensure you have the best possible fit.

      With calls, please make sure that your buds are inserted into the ear correctly so that the microphones on the buds are directly pointing towards your mouth. The mics target your mouth so if they're not in the ear at the correct angle this could affect call quality.

    good earbuds, the big issue with me is it hard for people to hear me when i take a call, i usually have to turn off the Bluetooth and continue the conversation.

The buds are updated via the Bose app, while the charging case is updated via the Bose updater at https://btu.bose.com/.
