    these are ok, the anc is not as great as beats or even sony. The passive sound is good. But i could not get these to fit snug in my ear. i tried all the different tip sizes and they would still fall out. I will stick with beats fit pro's

    If you love great sounds quality and noise canceling above everything else then these headphone are the best out there. The only down side to these earphone is the mic. The mic pretty kuch picks up every sounds while on the phone.

      Hi, I am glad you love the sound and noice cancelling quality of your earbuds. You mentioned that the noise cancelling picks up nearby sound.     Very poor audio quality on calls unless you are in a silent room. You will hear the noise cancelling his sound and people on the call can't hears you well. People comment on hearing wind and street noise. I bought them for the design with wings to fit in my ears. One side is great, the other side fit is so-so. Connection is design for Apple. Android connection was not straight forward. Wish I never bought them.

    They are fabulous headphones as far as the wireless functions go, they sure can upgrade the volume to mask some of the noise that seeps in. My wireless beats are much louder.

      Please make sure to use the Quiet Mode if you need to enable to the Noise Cancellation, but also note that this mode will help blocking out some noises, but will not cancel every sounds around you.

      Hello, the Quietcomfort II earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 and a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres). It is unusual to hear that these are not connecting.

    This earbuds are the best noice canceling buds i ever tried. I just have small problem with design for years now Bose couldnt fix this design issue with its products they sound like $300 buds but they dont look like $300 buds.
