After using it for a year by now, I tried to pull out earplugs to change the size and surprisingly it broke into 2 parts

QC-II VS QC-I

They constantly feel like they are going to fall out of my ears and I have tried all the different size adapters they come with. I've had the Bose Quiet Comfort gen I set and never had a fitment issue. That being said, the gen II is far superior is sound quality and noise cancelling than the gen I. I'm still debating about going back to the gen I, because of the fitment issue. Constantly feeling like they want to fall out of my ears overrides the superior sound quality of this product, in my opinion.

Good but connectivity is unacceptable

If you try to use the left one alone they will simply disconnect because the bluetooth works by connecting to the right bud and the left bud connects to that. The fact that these earbuds are $300 and cant be used individually is completely unacceptable. And if Bose are willing to cut this corner, then who knows what other corners have been cut in this product or any other that they make.

They will turn the volume up and down, turn your songs forwards and backwards. Just HORRIBLE while trying to get in the zone. If you’re one of those people who like to walk on a treadmill.

I have been hesitant to use them much after.

Exceptional Sound Quality

The sound quality is incredible but the upgrades to user-ability is the main reason to purchase. You can control the volume and other customizable actions from the earbuds by swiping up or down. The noise-cancelling capability is unmatched. These ear buds are worth the price.
