    This is for the ears 1 and 2. Is nice and smell good too. Ty for nice sound and will keep use it. Smell it.

    Sounds great, but you’re not able to use just one airpod at a time because it keeps shutting off, especially when is the last one. And also when you’re on the call the other person can’t hear you.

      Hello,
      We're happy to hear that you've been enjoying the audio of your headset. While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available in mid to late January 2023.

    Great sound quality. I absolutely hate touch controls. Every time I adjust the position of the earbud, I end up starting/stopping music or hanging up on someone. There should be an option to disable touch controls in the Bose app. Just like I can do with my old Google Pixel earbuds. I've also had problems connecting the earbuds to my phone. Sometimes I remove them from the case and they won't connect. Put them back into the case, close it, and try again. Then it'll connect.

The touch surface is located on the outer surface of both earbuds, if you need to adjust your earbuds, you may not have the correct stability band and ear tip combo, check out our guide here: http://bit.ly/3EPCNez

    They are only good for listening to music when talking on the phone people don’t like the sound

    I enjoy these headphone WHEN THEY CONNECT!! Overall I don’t enjoy the haggle it takes just to connect them but when they do work they are very great. The touch sensor is very sensitive so while adjusting they do skip your music or turn it off. I dong also like that you have to connect them through the bose app and then it’ll work with your regular Bluetooth settings. Would I repurchase them NO. But nice color and great when they do connect.

    Amazing noise canceling and the transparency / aware mode is amazing. Very natural. Bass is nice and full. Overall like then much better than the AirPod Pros. Also don’t need to use my over ear headphones anymore since the noise cancelling on these is even better.
