    Alot people like to use only one ear to make call and some they use the lifte ear in bose dosent work doesnt have micrphonen only on the right ear

    So bad, they are just infuriating, works, then stops working, then works again, then not. It's really too bad because their noise cancelling is the best (when it decides to work) but the constant connect and disconnect from Bluetooth is maddening. Just get the Airpods if you want something that actually works.

    These are The worst earbuds i've tried so far. Half the time they won't even connect to my phone. Not only do they have the ear tips that you can get lost but they have another silicone piece that also falls off very easily. I have had to buy replacements. You can't get just the size you need. Who have to pay $29.99 For all the sizes even though you're not going to use half of them.

      Hello,

      I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your QC earbuds. Connection issues can sometimes be attributed to corrupted pairings, so establishing a new connection will help. You simply need to remove the buds from the Bose Music app, then add them to the account once again.

      With regard to the ear tips, we have always provided small, medium and large tips with our earphones, and this is no exception. The difference with this product and recent iterations is we are now accommodating customers whose ears fall outside of the regular size patterns. For only $10.00 for the alternate tips, we think this is a great addition which allows more customers to enjoy a better fit when needed.
