    Earbuds worked great until exactly 6 months after purchase. Didnt work beyond manufactures warrenty. Complete garbage for $300 earbuds. Do not recommend.

    Lasted a year and a half and now they don’t work the charging case won’t charge my left bud anlso won’t connect to any Bluetooth they are just made super cheap.

      Thanks for your feedback! When you say they're echoing, do you mean there's a delay between each bud? That shouldn't happen but if you do experience a problem like that, I'd encourage you to unpair the buds then establish a new connection.     Didn’t love these. There was an audible noise produced from the noise canceling feature. Did a search online to see if there was a fix, and I saw others mentioning the same thing. Sounds like it is an issue for certain ears. I’ve had multiple active noise canceling headphones, and this is the first time that I’ve had that issue. Promptly returned them.

    Bought these headphones and they worked for approximately 15 mins (amazing in those 15 mins) and stopped working once home. Got a replacement in store which also did not work. Geek squad attempted to troubleshoot, no luck. Great return policy though, I got a full refund.

    The sound on these Bose earbuds is simply amazing! My only complaint is they fall out of the ears easily, but do not let that stop you from purchasing the best sounding earbuds ever!

    I don't think I've ever had earbuds with more of a connection issue then this product. Battery life is okay, not great. The earbuds only like both ear pieces out or just the right one, if I try the left my phone can't connect to the device anymore, immensely frustrating. Not very comfortable for the ears either I'm sure there's better designs out but these are more uncomfortable than apples. Case is just bulky enough in your pocket that you have to spend a minute fighting to get your keys or whichever else you need. All in all I hate these but I'm already past my time to return but if your browsing for the best earbuds, Bose was only a good option for soundproof. You can't hear anything else with these earbuds in but that's about all I find good about them. Good luck!

    Bose quietcomfort earbuds II are the best I have used so far. Working outside these noise cancelling in-ear headphones are very good.

    The new Bose earbuds are just simply amazing. The ANC has 4 settings and its awesome. The sound settings are really easy to use and the sound that it provides is really really amazing.

    Gave these to my son and they kept dropping connection. He had to send them to Bose and waited 2weeks for an upgrade?
