    I upgraded from the original QC Earbuds and I'm quite happy I did. I am completely satisfied with the QC Earbuds II and will be sticking with them for the long term.

    Huge upgrade from the previous generation. Love the smaller form factor, the sound quality is was also upgraded. If want great noise cancellation get these headphones.

    Absolute Trash. Won’t connect sometimes, for some reason the right earbud doesn’t work and it has been only 10 days since I started using them. I wasted my money on these, just making sure no one else does.

You mentioned that you have not had the earbuds for long, have you updated the earbuds?     I absolutely love the sound quality, how they fit AND STAY in my ears and how light they are. The only downside ive found so far is when i am on a phone call, the person i am talking to can every single little background noise and it seems to be magnified for them. My AirPods 2nd gen do a better job at the phone calls and eliminating that background noise.

    Trash overpriced junk. A week after the return period is over the right ear starts randomly crackling in my ear making loud noises useless.i now have to pay for a crap 70 policy to return them and get the same.junk as replacement.bso save your money don't buy they don't last

    Bose wireless noise canceling earbuds for sleep.

    Advertised for sleep but 5 hours when the battery gets low you are shocked awake by a loud voice announcing “your battery is low”. Disabling voice does not work because apparently per Bose it cannot be disabled. Not recommended at all for sleep.

    I love the sound quality and versatility these wireless earbuds give me. The ability to make adjustments to the sound in a phone app really is a plus.

    There are many issues with these that I thought Bose should have learned already from the first generation and every other headphone brand as well 1st you must have both earbuds out of the case to use can’t charge one at a time I keep one in my ear and one in my pocket when I drive or go somewhere where I need to pay attention 2nd the microphone to answer calls is only in the right ear bud if you need to answer a phone call you must have the right one unlike most headsets you can have either one The earbuds are constantly disconnecting and have to manually reconnect to Bluetooth, the NC works great when it works all in all I’m not impressed with $250

    Some of the worst earbuds that I’ve owned, not only have I had to get them replaced by the Bose company twice but they don’t hold a connection to my phone at all. They are constantly dropping the connection in only one of the earbuds or both of them. Then I have to go through a whole process of restarting my phone deleting them from my Bluetooth turning back on my phone, connecting the headphones again when it should be just open the case pop the earbuds in and you’re good to go. They are definitely not worth the price for something that won’t connect or stay connected.

    Sound quality and noise cancelling are great, but they are constantly falling out. Cant get a decent fit with the tips provided. And the app leaves much to be desired. I expect more from Bose. Especially at 250 dollars each. Not impressed

    Bad noise cancelling, bt antenna in right earbud

    The sounds quality is great I especially when wearing both ear buds. BUT they have two fatal flaws. One if you want to wear only one ear bud it's only the right due to it having the Bluetooth antenna built in the left does not. It works for about 45 secs then freaks out. Two the noise cancelling needs work. I could hardly walk around my office with out getting wind noise and it would occasionally create a weird pressure in my ears like riding in a car with the rear windows down. Also the battery life was really short. I expected so much more from the top of the line head phone manufacturer and especially at that price point. So I ended up returning them and getting a cheaper pair of Sony ear buds that don't have as good sound quality but I can switch out between ear buds during the day.

    The good and the bad Bose

    We enjoyed the awesome sound. Unfortunately it has trouble charging. It becomes disconnected while charging. Very annoying. You must charge it every night. The battery doesn’t last very long. If you use the ear buds often. Unfortunately our 14 day return has expired. Stuck with them
