Posted .I'm glad you liked the QuietComfort Earbuds II to begin with, Ethan! I'm sorry to hear about the left earbud and connectivity issues since then though. You can try rebooting your connected Bluetooth device. If that fails, our customer service team will be happy to assist further, so we can get your earbuds working again. Not ideal for sudden loud noises
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first pair of Bose earbuds and i have to say I'm disappointed. At first, i was impressed by the noise canceling on these earbuds, they were much better than my previous Sony WF-1000XM4 pair. However, as a dog groomer I need earbuds that block out all the dogs barking, crying, loud dry blowers and unfortunately these dont work too well. Everytime a dog barks, theres a horrible loud pooping noise that sounds like the microphone is being overwhelmed. Almost like if someone if flicking or tapping a live microphone. I almost kept them, but I hate that popping sound so much i would rather not wear earbuds at all. For $300 its definitely not worth it. Also the app always says its not connected to my earbuds but my phone says otherwise.

Posted .Hi, thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoy the noise cancelling of the earbuds. It is surprising to hear that the noise cancelling was unable to block out as much sound as you would expect. Sometimes the performance can be impeded whe not using the best eartip and band sizes for you and as such, I would recommend trying the other ones avaliable in the box. When the fit is not optimal, this can result in audio artifacts for the microphone, which I am confident is the cause of the 'popping' noise you have encountered.
If the app is not showing the earbuds is connected, I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Poor battery life, frustrating connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor connectivity to devices. You need to manually disconnect from a device and then manually connect it to the next device. Very frustrating. Battery life was not good and Bud’s cannot be charged in the case. Returned them

Posted .Hi Sean.
Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that you have to return your earbuds. To connect to a second device that has previously been paired with the earbuds, you may simply select the earbuds on the second device’s Bluetooth settings menu, and the earbuds will disconnect from the first device and connect to the second. New Bluetooth devices, should be paired with it, first. Also, the battery life is as follows: 6 hours (earbuds); additional 18 hours (case). A quick charge time of 20 minutes can give you up to 2 hours.
If you require assistance in the future, just reach out to us here, https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help.

Nope. Nope and nope.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are poor at best. I gave them one star because I have hard ears to fit and these were mostly comfortable. However, These have a horrible time connecting to the app even after deleting the app, then re-downloading it. Twice. Also ensuring the cell phone's device firmware was completely updated. The buds are in my opinion extremely hard to get out of the case for use. A family member said that these were worse in call quality than the Quiet Comforts I had before. There was more background noise that she had to fight through to hear me clearly. Battery life is worse too. I am returning them. Especially since they are more expensive. Not worth the fight.

Posted .Hi, I am glad you liked how comfortable the earbuds were. I am surprised you has difficulty getting the earbuds connected to the app. To allow for the best connection, it is important you keep the phone and earbuds at least 5ft away from each other and make sure the firmware is up to date on the earbuds. If you still are unable to maintain the connection to the earbuds and the app, we have a great article that can help make sure you can make the most of the earbuds: https://bose.life/3JFlijG
If the nose cancellation is not blocking out as much noise as you'd like, make sure that you have 'Quiet' mode enabled in the Bose music app.

Birthday Present from my boys, a dud!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Am I the drama? I don’t think so! Bought these Bose headphones new for working around my yard. Besides the constant issue with losing connection within 50 feet from my phone, there are other issues which may be user related for example; when answering the phone going back to YouTube was impossible for me, my iTunes started up. It’s been exactly 5 weeks since my initial Purchase and this item will no longer charge. I have several Bose items that I love, I now know this is a common issue.

Posted .Hello Maziar,
Thanks for leaving your review of the QuietComfort Earbuds II. The earbuds work in a configuration where one bud communicates with the phone, then sends the signal to the other bud so you can hear stereo during calls. By Default, the right earbud is set up as a primary device. If you wish to use the left earbud for calls, you can change it to the primary device via the Bose Music app. The buds need to be updated to the latest firmware to be able to do this.

Best Buy in Ontario Ohio is dishonest and bad
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product is good, but the service is extremely bad at Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio, and I will not shop at Best Buy again. When I was unable to figure out how to use them I drove back to the store and talked with someone at the Geek Table who was gruff and rude. I got help at Verizon. When I called the Best Buy store to ask a question I received an answer from a machine that said I was not allowed to ask questions on the phone or through the chat box. How stupid can store managers be? I hope Best Buy goes out of business, at least that one. I am not rating the product, only the store.

Charging issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed with these earbuds. They don’t charge up completely. The way they sit in the charging unit doesn’t allow a snug fit. The buds are small and when handled causes the rubber covering to become misaligned on the ear piece.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Bose Support
Posted .Hello Greg, when you place the earbuds in the charging case, be sure that the stability band is on securely and flush with the earbud so that it does not cause any obstruction preventing the earbud to charge. You can use this article to ensure the bands are on correctly: https://bose.life/3HoM0dS.
