    This product was good for the first month or so but then it started disconnecting from my devices randomly and when I would try to reconnect the earbuds back to my devices, the connection would fail. This then turns into about 30 minutes of turning devices on/off, turning bluetooth on/off, putting the earbuds in/out of their case and pressing the button on the back multiple times. This is the main reason that the rating is poor as this should be base functionality for wireless earbuds. Save yourself a LOT of time and money by getting other earbuds that can stay connected to your devices and don’t create such a hassle for you.

    They are ok for the price. The dynamic range is a little lack lusty. But the noise cancellation is great.

    Battery life is inconsistent even after exchanging for new ones under warranty. They constantly un-sync, too. The sound is good and they are noise canceling when working.

    The sound is nice but they are going back because they cost too much to not come witu the location tracking feature. I will be going back to the Samsung Galaxy Budd Pro2.

    I've been trying to get the sound adjustments correct since i got these in march. Sound quality isnt good for calls!! Media and music is so, so! I give these a big thumbs down. My previous pair of Bose QC was amazing. Lost the main earbud

    I've had these for a few months now, honestly I'm not impressed. The Original QCs to me sound and feel way better than these. If you love Bose, skip this buy and get the original QCs and hope the QCs 3 are far better. Not worth upgrading.

    Keeps droppong connections on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I have to restart my ohone and sometimes uninstall and reinsrall the Bose app

      I am very sorry to hear that your QuietComfort Earbuds II are not staying connected to your phone. You can try re-syncing the earbud and case connection, by putting both earbuds into the charging case, waiting a while, and then putting the right earbud in first before the left.     I didn't like them, they didn't sound like I expected when on the phone the person is heard far away the sound is not quality. You're paying a lot for something that's not good

    Good Noise cancellation. I wish there is a multipoint support, but they let you connect via bluetooth .

    I have nothing positive about this product. It’s the worst earpod i ever have. It constantly disconnected with my devices and the sound is terrible. What a lost on my money!
