    Bought them specifically to use while running. I get an unusual sound on each step and they don't stay in my ears effectively. I've tried each of the sizes.

    These are the worst headphones I’ve had in 15 years. The touch feature doesn’t work. They continually disconnect from the phone which requires you to take them out and put them in the case, then turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then try to reconnect and hope it works. The headphones charging is 50/50 chance it actually works. And a fully charged headphone will somehow go to 0 just sitting in the case. Please do not buy these

    Right ear blew out, left ear doesn't like working without right ear so its tricky but still useable

    The earbuds have great sound but they do not stay in the ears securely. They also disconnet without reason.

    I was looking for an upgrade from my samsung galaxy buds pro, but this is not an upgrade. The noise cancelling is awful compared to cheaper earbuds, including my old galaxy pro's, the sound quality is okay, but not what I would expect from Bose. The left earbud will not stay connected unless you have the right one in as well. The battery life of the earbuds is only about 4-5 hours on about 70% volume. I dont know if its because I have an Android phone, but I would not recommend these to anyone.

    Not very good for iOS phone. Would not stay connected to my iPhone
