    I purchase the Bose product because that’s all I ever buy when I come to music and the best sound quality, and clarity. I’m a little disappointed.

    I am a Bose fan and have had multiple Bose headphones. These are by far one of the worst ones I have every had. They are very low in sound. People are not able to hear me when I am talking to them. Also, one of the earbuds went out. I still have my old Bose headphones and they are louder and sound much clearer then the new Bose headphones.

    Audio Quality Failed in under 1 Year

    In less than one year, one of the ear buds failed. I was not able to get standard 1 year support from Bose for some reason (their system claimed that they were out of warranty). Will try with Best Buy but it's odd how the product was not accepted by the Manufacturer while less than a year old.

    I have had it less than a year without much use and the the right bud side does not work at all and also tried resetting it . Let this be a lesson to anyone buying this product you are sure wasting your money. Don't make the same mistake i did.

    2 pairs defective, had to called Bose to trouble shoot it, in the end I had to switch it out. Bose sent me a new pair, which is working but the noise canceling is so so.

    Earbuds never arrived. This is the 2nd time I have ordered Bose earbuds from BB online, and in BOTH instances (orders made several months apart) the shipment was lost in transit. I will never waste my time ordering anything from Best Buy onlline. As for the Bose QCIIs, they work fine coming from another seller.

    Wont let you connect left ear without the right ear. My right ear was hurting, so tried to connect the left ear and disconnected.

      Hi, thank you for your review. Single earbud usage is here and you can now use the left or the right for music and phone if you don't want either in. Get the latest firmware update through the Bose Music app!
