Defective mic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. Had the version before these and they lasted years. I had these about a month and the mic is terrible. I cannot use them for zoom calls or phone calls. The person on the other end says they make screaching sounds and my voice is distant and echoey. I spent a lot on what i thought were quality earbuds.

Do not recommend.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these for a month. Left ear piece is already making noises. First it wouldn't play any sound. But it would recognize I had it on and would mute sound or enhance it like it should. But would not play sound. Now, it plays sound and works fine with an extra added feature. It sounds like I have a fan on my left ear. Later it works fine. Then it doesn't. Very frustrating. I did get the warranty. But it means having to go swap them out and paying for another warranty.

Posted .Hello Oscar,
I can see you've been trying different things to enjoy the earbuds which is great. I understand that they have been frustrating, You can try the steps here https://bose.life/3JbQyW4 for help with the audio on the left earbud. The constant noise you're hearing could be the noise floor of the electronics in the earbud, and you can use the guide here https://bose.life/3ZMNYwO for help with this.
We'd love to help https://bose.life/38DNELy if you do need support under the warranty.

Over and Out part Duex
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very very sad to say these Bose wireless earbuds are an extreme disappointment. While the sound and style are flawless and they fixed the ear fit problem from thisodels predecessor, being able to hear your conversation during a phone call is an epic fail. I have returned mine, but I. Hopeful that in a short time the folks at Bose will solve this problem. If and when they do, I will purchase them again.

Disappointing Noise Canceling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a fan of Bose for a long time, and was very disappointed in this product. I mainly wear headphones at the gym and prefer noise canceling headphones to make it easier to lock in. It was impossible with these headphones because even lvl 10 noise cancellation i heard everything around me. Unfortunately i had to return the headphones, because did not feel the quality matched the price

Posted .Hi, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in the earbuds and decided to return them. If the noise cancelling is not working when in 'Quiet' mode, I would recommend checking the ear tips and band fit. If the incorrect ear tips and bands are used for your ears, the noise cancellation will not be as effective due to noise leaking. The bose music app has a great fit test available: https://bose.life/3vLUmad
If you do decide to try the product again, please reach out to our customer support team who can help you make sure you are getting the best out of your earbuds: https://bose.life/3nTDo5H

Not bad but not a big upgrade
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not as comfortable as the first model, but still above average to competitors. ANC isn't much better than the first model. Sound quality I feel is under the Sony xm4.

My favorite TW Earbuds yet!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a fairly big collection of true wireless earbuds, ranging from AirPod Pros, Sony XMs and Devaliets, among some other brands like Soundcore which punch well above their weight. So far the Bose QuietComfort II are my favorite of the bunch hands down. I also collect headphones (Meze Audio Neo 99 are my current favorites) and consider myself to be an audiophile. I know Bose sometimes gets an undeservedly bad reputation by purists, but I'm glad I gave these a chance. Overall sound quality is very good. These have a "fun" sound signature and add some color to music in an engaging way. Highs are a bit forward but in no way harsh. I like to test headphones using Porcupine Tree's "Blackest Eyes" for high end. The song starts out with a loud distorted guitar riff that falls apart and sounds painful in most headphones. The Bose preserve the tone of the guitar well and provides good resolution without falling apart. Mids have that signature Bose sound with slightly pronounced midrange, but nothing out of line. The Bose app includes a three-band EQ to customize sound. I ended up lowering the high end quite a bit and I emphasized the low-end. I know as an audiophile I'm supposed to value "neutral" sound, but face it, I like a lot of bass, and these deliver! Testing with more Porcupine Tree I was blown away with the subtle kick drums at the beginning of "Herd Culling" which had a nice, well-defined thump to them. Sub-bass really shines on these and anyone into EDM or hard rock would really enjoy them. I have yet to find a genre that they don't handle well. Comfort is top-notch. Out of the box I got a good seal and fit with the ear-tips and bands that were on them. Just in case, though, there is a lot of extras included for the perfect fit. I usually start to get itchy and have to remove IEMs for a little bit every once in a while, but have no problem with the QuietComforts. They somehow fit tightly without any pressure anywhere. I've been getting back into shape and jogged a little with them in and they are definitely not going anywhere. The charging case is a little big, but is rounded and set up in a way that makes it easy to get into and out of a pocket. It includes USB-C charging, but no wireless charging capability. I do wish I could just throw them on a QI charger, but that's a minor complaint. Everything else about them is perfect! Mine had a day-1 software upgrade that I applied before using the first time. Be advised that the first update took me a lot longer than I had anticipated, so don't panic when you update yours. They're fine! Now for the important part: the noise cancellation! Noise cancellation on these is nothing short of miraculous and they bested my Sony XM series, which I didn't think was possible. For fun I turned it up all the way and then cranked my stereo in the same room and couldn't hear it at all. I like that the app allows you to tune the noise cancellation to your liking and save it as a preset. Then you can select presets by tapping the earbud itself rather than opening the app, which is really handy in a lot of situations. There's also a transparency mode so you can safely hear around you. Unlike some other earbuds and headphones music sounds the same with NC on or off. There is a slight hiss with NC on and no music playing, but its not noticeable when music is playing. These are perfect for public transit or airplane use. Don't hesitate on these. If you're looking for the best noise cancelling TW earbuds for overall usage these are them!

Bad headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can hear static when the sound isn’t playing on your device. When I’m on a phone call using these whoever I’m talking to cannot hear me unless I’m in an absolute quiet room. If I’m outside or driving and I’m making a call nobody can hear me. Do not buy these

Posted .Hi Brian, I'm sorry to see you're dissatisfied with your QuietComfort Earbuds II. Any static should be faint in volume, and is normal in earbuds with active electronics. If you're unable to make a phone call unless the room is completely quiet, make sure your earbuds are being worn and angled correctly, for the best mic performance. Our support team will assist you further here, if required: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

Great Product...but, not for my tiny ears...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this five stars because they do exactly as promised. Great product BUT my ears must be really small because no matter what configuration I did with the included different earbud pieces...they really really hurt my ears. :-( I returned them and got the headphones.

Lifetime Bose fan, but not this time, Don't buy
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new bose quiet comfort II ear buds are terrible; low battery capacity, case is cheap, hinge breaks, no multi light battery level indicator, and difficult to replace buds into case, not intuitive at all. Crap... bring back the old version. I'm changing to another brand.
